Sports Physiotherapy Tailored to You

Whether you’re a recreational sportsperson, emerging athlete, or seasoned competitor, at St Leonards Physiotherapy we understand that you have distinct goals and rehabilitation needs. Our team is committed to delivering personalised sport physio care that supports your recovery from injury or pain and aligns with your performance objectives.

Your consultation will begin with a comprehensive assessment to establish the correct diagnosis, understand your medical and sports history, explore relevant lifestyle factors, and identify your goals. This forms the basis of a tailored treatment plan that not only addresses your current issue but also promotes long-term resilience and athletic development.
