Whether you’re new to running or an experienced athlete, our physiotherapy for runners is designed to help you train smarter, recover faster, and reduce your risk of running injuries.

The Benefits of Running

Running and jogging offer a wide range of physical and mental health benefits:

  • Improves cardiovascular health, reduces blood pressure and risk of heart disease
  • Increases bone density and muscular strength
  • Enhances endurance and physical capacity
  • Lowers cancer and diabetes risk
  • Promotes better sleep and mental wellbeing
  • Reduces anxiety, depression and cognitive decline

However, despite these benefits, running has one of the highest injury rates of any physical activity — with around 50% of runners getting injured each year.
