Physio Home Visits & Mobile Physiotherapy

At St Leonards Physiotherapy, we understand that attending appointments in a clinic isn’t always possible or practical. That’s why we offer mobile physiotherapy and physio home visits — bringing professional care directly to you. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing mobility challenges, or simply prefer treatment in your own home, our experienced physiotherapists are here to help.

We work with patients across St Leonards and the surrounding areas, including Crows Nest, Cammeray, Lane Cove, North Sydney and the broader North Shore.

Mobile Physiotherapy Tailored to Your Needs

Our home visit physiotherapy service is ideal for people recovering from joint replacements, managing chronic pain, living with neurological conditions, or adjusting after a hospital stay. We also support elderly patients and anyone for whom leaving home is difficult. Each session is tailored to your individual situation, ensuring you receive safe, effective care in a familiar and comfortable environment.

Your first physio home visit will include a comprehensive assessment to understand your health history, condition, and goals. From there, your physiotherapist will create a personalised treatment plan that may include:

  • Manual therapy
  • Mobility and strength exercises
  • Pain management strategies
  • Movement re-education
  • Advice on home setup and safety

By working with you in your home, we can also assess environmental factors—such as stairs, furniture placement, and layout—that may impact your recovery or function. We’re also happy to involve family members or caregivers in the process where appropriate.

Our goal is to understand the full picture, so we can help you recover properly, and reduce the chance of the issue returning down the track.
