Explore our specialised services below to learn how we can support your health, mobility, and independence in practical, meaningful ways.

Physio Home Visits

Our mobile physiotherapy service is ideal for patients who are recovering from surgery, living with limited mobility, managing neurological conditions, or prefer the comfort and convenience of treatment at home. One of our experienced physiotherapists will visit your home to provide personalised care tailored to your space, goals, and daily needs.

We begin with a comprehensive home-based assessment and provide hands-on treatment, exercise guidance, mobility training, and advice for carers and family when needed.

Surgery Rehabilitation

Recovering from surgery? Our expert team offers evidence-based surgery rehab and pre-hab programs to help you regain movement, strength, and function. Whether you’ve had a joint replacement, arthroscopic procedure, or spinal surgery, our physios will guide you through a structured, personalised recovery program.

We also work closely with local orthopaedic surgeons to ensure your rehabilitation aligns with your surgical treatment plan and long-term recovery goals.

Workplace Assessments & Ergonomics

Prevent workplace injuries and support your team’s wellbeing with our ergonomic assessments and workplace physiotherapy services. We work with businesses and individuals to create safe, productive work environments—reducing risk, improving posture and setup, and managing pain or discomfort at the desk.

Our services include:

  • Pre-employment functional assessments
  • Ergonomic workstation assessments (onsite and online)
  • Group workshops and education
  • Injury prevention and recovery plans

Physio for Runners

Running is great for health, but it also comes with a high injury risk—up to 50% of runners are injured each year. Whether you’re a beginner or training for an event, our running physiotherapy service can help diagnose, treat, and prevent running injuries while improving technique and performance.

We treat common conditions like Achilles pain, knee pain, hamstring and calf injuries, and hip bursitis—and help you return to running safely with a personalised rehab and training plan.

Neurological Physiotherapy

Our neurological physiotherapy service supports individuals living with conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, and more. Our experienced team delivers tailored treatment to improve movement, function, balance, and independence, while helping manage fatigue, spasticity, and mobility challenges.

Using a mix of hands-on therapy, targeted exercise, and neuroplasticity-based techniques, we build programs that evolve with your condition and goals.

Exercise, Health & Lifestyle Advice

You don’t need to be in pain to benefit from physiotherapy. Our team is passionate about helping you live a healthier, more active life, through safe movement, good posture, and sustainable habits. We support people of all fitness levels with exercise advice, strength training, posture coaching, and routines to help reduce stress, prevent injury, and boost energy.

Whether you’re returning to exercise, starting for the first time, or simply want to move better and feel stronger, our holistic, evidence-based support can help.
