Hi. My name is Peter Sharp from St Leonards Physiotherapy. This is a series of exercises that we’re doing for golfers. What we wanna look at today is balance and stability in your lower legs. So what you need is to be able to stand on one leg. So, the first exercise to do is just standing on one leg and trying to balance there for 10 seconds. If you can do that for 10 seconds, then you should try and do it with your eyes closed. And then once you can do that with your eyes closed, then you can use some equipment. So like a wobble board to make it a bit harder. So again, just trying to stand on one foot and balancing there without touching the edges there. It’s good. And then to progress that a bit further, what you can do is do the same exercise that we did earlier with the TheraBand, just trying to stand on one leg with a TheraBand and then trying to turn your upper body. Thank you
