Adolescent Group Therapy program
Physiotherapy Group Exercise Tailored to You
Our Adolescent Group Therapy Class is specially designed by physiotherapists to support children and teenagers aged 7–17 years. These teen physio classes are led by an experienced paediatric physiotherapist and focus on improving strength, flexibility, posture, coordination, and body awareness in a supportive, age-appropriate environment.
Whether your child is recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to improve their physical health, our adolescent physio classes offer a fun and safe space for building confidence, resilience, and a lifelong foundation for healthy movement.
What we focus on
The class runs over a structured 9-week program, targeting different movement patterns and muscle groups each week. Each session includes evidence-based exercises, practical education, and techniques tailored to the specific needs of growing bodies, with a strong focus on injury prevention, movement efficiency, and long-term well-being.
Conditions we commonly support:
- Joint hypermobility
- Low muscle tone
- Scoliosis
- Severs disease / Osgood-Schlatter disease
- Poor general fitness
- Recovery from surgery or sports injuries
- Postural issues
- Low bone density
